The light is super bright, much brighter than I thought it would be!However, the motion sensor feature is only working intermittently. Lightweight, easy to install/mount with either the foam tape or screws, along with a handy cardboard guide of where to place the screws so you do not need to measure or eyeball it. There are 2 places you can move the switch to A or B, and it does not explain what they mean. From what I can understand, the A function is just a bright light, and the B function is the dim or the bright light (very noticeable difference)

After purchasing a few for trial, I decided to install these at every 6' on our 30' patio arbor frame. The ambient brightness sensor turns to and from night mode for very adequate brightness levels. The motion sensor has very appropriate sensitivity for detecting small animals like skunks to human. The solar cell charges the long-lasting internal battery for good bright lighting. I am very satisfied.

This energy saving light gives me the light and security I need by my back door for the entire night. The spot light on my garage has a motion sensor but is so bright it bothers my neighbors at night and I am unable to change the direction of this spotlight. I was happy to find this product as I could install it on my house just where I needed it, and works perfectly. I love how very bright it is when it detects motion, and then dims. It was so easy to install. I am happy and so are my neighbors! Excellent product.

So far no complaints about this solar light. The motion sensor is sensitive and when it goes on it's super bright! The price was reasonable and I like the fact it came in white which is the color of my house.

These stylish fixtures provide an excellent light source for areas without electrical outlets or wiring. In order to work all night they require several hours of sunshine but not a full day - 4 to 6 hours if sufficient. My husband installed them in only a few minutes. It's very easy to use the screw attachment method like we did, for ease of removal if necessary.

I purchased over 20 of these lights for my backyard and at first they worked flawlessly. At dusk they came on and when someone came into range they became bright. But after 5 months many of them stopped working. I recharged the batteries, cleaned the screen but to no avail. I then contacted the company for help. First two weeks went by with no response. Then after repeated emails (since there isn't a number) I was told someone would get back to me. Still waiting!

I ordered these attractive, "waterproof" solar lights because of the mostly positive reviews. The first thing I noticed in the user manual is warning No. 1 which says to keep the light away from water and moist places to avoid explosion, leakage, and moisture. I read the Amazon product description again and confirmed that the word "waterproof" is indeed in the item heading, with "water resistant" being mentioned in a paragraph underneath the main heading. Then I realized that this item does not have a minimal waterproof rating of IP65 like many similar items do. IP65 would render the item dust tight and protected against water projected from a nozzle and, I presume, rain. Whether this is waterproof, water resistant, or potentially dangerous when exposed to moisture needs to be clearly and explicitly stated in the product description with packaging and a user manual that are in agreement! At this point, I felt confused and a little misled and no longer wanted the lights, especially after reading that another reviewer's light stopped working when it got wet. It didn't help that I noticed what looked like either an expiration date or manufacture date on the batteries that was several months old. Lastly, why can't the manufacturer of this light hire a skilled technical writer or at least a native English speaker to write the user manual in good English? Overall, I was not impressed and returned the lights.

Just what we were looking for because it provides continus light.
