How am i supposed to get them to stay without an adhesive????

Stick the thin plast part between a crease in your car. Use the yellow spatula to help gap a crease if the crease is too tight.

How do I install them?

You just press the clear thin part into the cracks where you want them i put mine around my dash it was easy and took 5 minutes. You may have to use the little tool they send you to slightly open up the space so they can slide in but mine fit without the tool because they were thin enough to slide in the cracks. Also they have a video on installation that will help you as as well. Thanks.
