I switched over from a nickel delta faucet that I had for many years but was leaking quite a bit. I knew I needed to replace the valve inside but if I was going to do that I might as well change out the whole thing because our other one was starting to look rough. I was new at this so I did my research and found out if I changed from a delta 14 series to another 14 series I would only need to change out the valve. Had I used a different brand or different series I would have had to tear away tile to get to it.I watched a couple videos which gave me the confidence to try this on my on. It went pretty smoothly. The hardest part was getting the old handle off and the cartridge out. Both had calcified quite a bit. The new parts went on easily and my wife and I are very happy. No more constant dripping.Several people have said they wish it had more pressure. I agree with that. It’s not going to massage you while showering but it is adequate. I love the different settings and being able to use the wand when cleaning the shower. I would recommend it.

I absolutely love this shower head and pull down combo! Makes it easy to wash my kiddos, wash my hair and clean the tub! The color is gorgeous and it was easy to install

Purchased about 10 months ago. The kit is working fine though I wish the quality is little better. The spout is plastic which is ok but I was hoping has more thickness and rigidity. Shower head handle locks with a clip action rather than magnetic.Other than that its still great, has different spray options and it comes with a valve.

I recently purchased this and I’m thoroughly impressed. The quality is exceptional, build is sturdy, and the design is sleek. If I needed a second one, I would buy two! I definitely recommend this product!!!

I really like the looks of this set. I didn’t install the valve assembly but did use the cartridge as mine was dripping anyway. The only thing id wish is it had a bit more pressure.

After struggling for many years trying to wash kitties in the bathtub with a shower hose that almost reaches but doesn't quite, I finally had enough! I did tons of research and found this Delta shower head with extending hose and said "why not?" and ordered it. I am so glad I did! I can now rinse my cat's butts without having to move them into weird yoga positions because the hose doesn't reach - all I have to is give a tug and the hose extends and cat butt is rinsed without bloodshed - hooray! Personally, I love the rain shower setting, as I have fibromyalgia, intense shower pressure can be very uncomfortable, but not with the Delta shower head - it really feels like I'm outside during a gentle rain and because of that my nerve endings are nice and calm! If I need to rinse conditioner out of my hair I just change the setting to the handheld shower head that has more pressure and I'm all done in under a minute! Be warned, if you're looking for super intense water pressure and you're not on city water, it probably won't happen. My husband wants the water pressure coming out of the shower head to be about the same as the pressure coming out of a fire hydrant, or if the shower is hooked up to four 747 jet engines - basically he wants all of the skin cells of his epidermal layer removed at over 300psi to have it be considered a "shower" LOL! Three cats and I love this shower head! Hubby says it looks nice and loves how it makes washing three cats easy, but until someone makes a shower head with the pressure of rockets blasting into space he won't be happy LOL. 4 to 1 have voted that this is the best shower head ever! The product itself works as described when it comes to saving water. The shower head and handle are great and are easy to install. But the water spigot is plastic and very cheaply made. If you are not careful when installing the plastic can break little tabs on the inside when spinning into place. Definitely not worth $150 but if you get it on sale or a lower price it's worth to upgrade as it helps with water conservation. Hopefully Delta stands by their lifetime warranty as well.

We haven’t actually used it, but it is going up in our new home and I love the looks of the shower unit. It’s for my teenage daughter, and she loves the double head concept.

This shower set is a must have. Good product and very beautiful

In my case my hot water pressure is slightly weaker than the cold . If I could reduce cold it be a perfect balance. I'm no plumber

We had it installed by a professional so I can't speak to ease of installation... but the fixtures feel solid, the matte black is beautiful, I love the removable shower head for cleaning and the water pressure is good.We bought a basic Moen matte black trim and overflow plate for the tub and they match great.

Water pressure is quite low with this set, tub faucet stop also feels very flimsy.Colour is okay but is very hard to match with other bathroom fixtures.
