I had the same problem. Unlock the device, Slide down to activate the display. Then long hold on the power button.

What size is this flat iron ?

This flatiron is about 2inches Longer than any flatiron I have ever owned. It’s 1inch in width. I don’t use it much right now because I got it as a spare. I use an H2PRO almost every day. When that iron dies I will use the GK. The only thing I don’t like is the length because it’s harder for me to handle that much iron. I hope this helps.
