Chronicle Books Star Wars Yoda: Bring You Wisdom, I Will.: (Star Wars Figurine, Wisdom Cards, Inspirational Booklet)

I have collected high end 'fantasy' figurines. The Sideshow-WETA collaboration well over 50 of those. Most of those were in the hundreds of dollars. For the price, this is an excellent figure. It is well painted, pretty detailed and accurate, and has a lot of detail on the face and robe. Easily worth the price alone.What I was not expecting was a great display. Yes it is made out of carboard but it has a nice shot of Yoda's hut on Degobah. It really adds to the display of the figure. The book has a brief but well done introduction and some nice pictures from the movies. The quotes are ok. Most of the major lines from Episodes 4 through 6. You also get 2 sheets of quote stickers with 10 quotes on each. Each sheet is a duplicate so getting the 10 quotes each twice.I was this first in a brick and mortar store, found it on Amazon, and I am glad I bought it. Very good value for what you are getting. Excellent treat for yourself or gift for the Star Wars fan in your life.

It's a nice figurine, I like the background/stand it comes with, I like how the book fits into it. The book is nice, it has good pictures, good quotes, and it's put together pretty well. It's good for an introduction to Yoda, as well as for any collector or casual fan.I would request that Star Wars company starts making new Yoda merchandise... make more Yoda dolls, in various sizes and qualities. For example, an oversized super soft Yoda I would buy to sleep with. I already have the latex posable Yoda doll which is excellent for display, but not great for cuddles. I also have the pillowtime pal Yoda which fills my desire for Yoda cuddles at present. But I do want more. I'd appreciate a much bigger, softer Yoda doll than the latex one, or the pillowtime pal. I would also like Yoda figurines (well made but not expensive), ranging from large to small. A collab with Zippo for a Yoda lighter (something humorous) would be great too. The most important thing to focus on is keeping Yoda's appearance (especially facially) as close to the movie version as possible. As a Yoda connoisseur, good likeness to the original Yoda is tops on my list when it comes to dolls/stuffed toys and figurines.Thanks!

I grew up on Star Wars and am a big fan of Yoda. I purposefully looked for a Yoda statue, and then ordered this particular one, to sit on my desk as I was in the latter stages of writing my dissertation and to sit on the table in front of me at my defense so that it would remind me of "Try not. Do. Or do not. There is no try" (I actually used this quote in my dissertation and when one of my committee members saw the statue he commented on the appropriateness of my use of the quote). It is small but well made, the colors are nice, the detailing is good, and Yoda's expression is especially pleasing. He now has a permanent place on the shelf over my desk. I would not recommend this product as a toy for small children as the ears are sharp and make break off if dropped.

I have this Yoda standing near my TV where I can see him. He is small enough he doesn't interfer with viewing and large enough to be seen easily. The booklet has a lot of his wisdom in it and I enjoy reading it. He is green and cute. I have always loved Yoda from Star Wars and was glad to find a small one. If you like Yoda you'll love this one.

My late mom was a big Yoda fan and she showed me this "Yoda Box" at a bookstore many years ago.I'm so so glad that I finally got one because it's actually a very cool product.The Yoda figurine is a nicely detailed quality collectible piece. He comes with a colored display that also conveniently holds the booklet and stickers.As a Yoda fan myself, this "Yoda Box" also brings happy memories of my Mom who took me to see the first "Star Wars" movie when I was a kid.

Great gift for star wars fan. The little booklet is like a little motivational pick-me-up. Yoda is well designed and crafted. But you cannot drop him because it will shatter his ears off. And I know this because that's why I buying this replacement for a coworker.

Too small but it’s in detail

E' veramente ben fatto, molto piccola la statuetta ma dettagliata e fedele al primo yoda della serie, non lo apriro' siccome sono un collezionista, aggiungero' una foto (con righello) per chi avesse bisogno di ulteriori dettagli sulle dimensioni, aggiunta con piacere al resto della collezione, ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo!

Ich habe lange nach einer detailgetreuen Yoda Figur gesucht. Da es für einen langjährigen erwachsenen Fan sein sollte, ist dies gar nicht so einfach. Nach anfänglichen Überlegungen habe ich dann diesen Yoda hier bestellt und bin mehr als zufrieden. Er sieht sehr gut aus, absolut originalgetreu und man sieht (im positiven Sinne) die Handbemalung. Bei der Herstellung wurde sich auf jeden Fall sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Auch die Darstellung im Display (Untergrund und Hintergrund) sind sehr gut und lassen Yoda gleich noch viel hochwertiger erscheinen. Er kam beim Star Wars Fan super gut an. Daher kann ich diesen Yoda wärmstens für erwachsene Fans empfehlen!

Lo compramos para mi hijo de 5 años y es más una figura de colección que otra cosa pero está super bien, la reproducción está logradísima. Eso si, es frágil, mi peque ya se ha cargado una oreja...
