The Gala mop is well thought and designed product. The triangular mop is well designed and cleaning of mop is effortless as well.Note: please be aware that the mop refill is costly per piece. Just to put it perspective for one price of this this mop refill, i could purchase set of 3 for my old mop from spotzero. Hence one star less. This really irritated me once i was searching for refill, so there is some flaw in how gala is operating this specific product.

I am returning the product back after my very first use.Mechanism:The mop bucket has 2 spin mechanisms, 1 for rinsing and the other for squeezing.As mentioned in the description the mop bucket has turbo spin for squeezing the water out. However, the mechanism has flaws:1. The mechanism has a lock on the mop handle which needs to be unlocked for rinsing and squeezing and have to lock it back for mopping the floor every single time, which will not offer a complete cleaning experience as it could make a person lazy, lolz.2. Immense pressure needs to be put by the arms and shoulder to rinse the mop, this will cause pain to the shoulder and forearms of the person using- especially women and the elderly, but squeezing the water is easy as it spins smoothly. The mechanism should have been paddle rinsing and squeezing.The Mop Handle:1. It is hardly 4 feet long, and a person above 5.4 ft. and above will find difficulty in using it. The handle should be 5 feet long.2. The stainless steel used is not of the best quality, so bending and breaking possibilities are high. Which puts a question on its long usage and durability.Mop Head:1. The mop head fibre should be at least 3 inches more longer, the one that is offered is hardly 5 inches long and covering the mopping surface takes longer than usual due to this.2. The quality of the mop fibre is something that I am doubtful about due to all the above flaws I have seen on my very first use, have to wait and watch for it.Overall, charging or paying 1799 rupees is gruesomely overpriced, I would not be paying more than 650 rupees for this product. Usually, a mop bucket is bought to reduce the workload, but this product does not satisfy that need.The positive part of this mop bucket is that it has a steady wheel which allows the user to pull it from room to room instead of carrying it around.I am confidently posting this review with my experience of using various industrial and household mop buckets in the past. I was using a paddle squeezing household mop bucket purchased at 1600 rupees from abroad for 6 long years before it got worn out and that I had to purchase a new one.
