Q: Is the non-stick material teflon? that is, does the bottom of the pan come w/a sticker that say teflon?

This is NOT Teflon. Best pans ever. Nothing sticks.

Q: Can these pots be used on all cooking surfaces, like gas, electric, smooth top, burner type etc?

Beware when using on a gas top!! The handles will burn if the flame goes over the sides at all!

Q: Is this a stackable set like some of the other Green Pan sets?

I stack the Frying pans but not the sauce pans. With all non stick surfaces you have to be careful not to bang them together. But I love the pans , as long as you don't go above Medium flame it stays non-stick . But they have better heat, it distributes the heat better than other pans.
