I’ve bought this a few times. Doesn’t clump and makes my eye lashes look long.

This is a great mascara for defining lashes and pretty good for building volume. It's the best for the value!

This mascara is my go-to, it really does extend the lashes as well as thicken them. It comes off easily with my oil cleansing method and washcloth at night (look it up, its awesome!) I was upset when I couldn't find it in stores because I don't want to go back to any of my old favorites, this one is great. But glad to find it on Amazon. Def recommend if you have small/skimpy eyelashes. Just note that it may seem really gunky on the first few uses. It does this every time I get a new tube. It just slides on TOO easily, but that goes away after a few times and then it starts to go on perfectly without too much or too little. Overall it makes your lashes look longer and thick overall (not individual strand thick) in a professional, non-clumpy way.

Until I found this mascara, I was a die hard Lancome Hypnose fan! I used the plain Hypnose for years, because it came in the Drk Brown, then I switched to the Hypnose Drama, which I really liked too....Lancome mascaras do not run dry and last a good while....Anyway,.I was running low, and decided to purchase the Shocking Extensions, since L'Oreal is made by Lancome, thinking why not give it a try. I SWEAR it's BETTER than the Lancome Hypnose and the wand is NOT dry, like most drugstore mascaras!...I am done paying 30 dollars for Lancome Hypnose and sticking with this! Just LOVE it!................Also, if you want something more like Lancome Hyp Drama, buy Loreal Intense or Intenza...Amazing...One coat! So, now I can just switch them up without paying 66 dollars for both!

I love this mascara- I just wish I could find brown/black more easily. It seems like they are always out of stock at stores (if it’s even carried) and hard to find online too. ??

I read what I thought were a ton of reviews before I decided to try a new mascara, and chose this one and I can't say that I'm happy with it. A few of the reviews I had read said that it seemed dry, but since that wasn't a consistent complaint, I figured maybe it was just old stock those people had received, but I too have found it to be dry, almost powdery. Because of this, it is hard to apply and do any layering with. By the time you get one half way decent layer on and then try to apply another layer, it's too dry and gets really clumpy as you go. Finally, you give up and really have no length, curl or volume, but a lot of clumps. Then, because of the too dry formula to start with, as you wear it, it just crumbles into your eyes.I've been using Maybelline Define-A-Lash for years now, and will continue to do so. It seems every time I get a wild hair and decide to try something new, despite how many reviews I read, or how many YouTube videos I watch, the new mascaras never give me what Define-a-lash does. I have pretty sensitive eyes and this doesn't bother me; it's creamy, not too dry, only a little wet when it's a new tube, and layers really well to give you great length very quickly, without a lot of clumping and is easy to remove. It's not terribly dramatic, (if you want spider eyes), but I just can't find anything that gives me that soft, wispy, non-clumping length that I keep seeking.Oh well..

Best mascara ever. Boy let me tell y'all something this mascara is by far the best it makes ur eye lash looks the real deal. M very happy with my order n will definitely buy this product again. O n the pictures u see up there is as true as ever

No it did not meet my needs. It was really old and expired. I got a refund.
