I ordered these hook to hang a heavy mirror…they worked great..

sturdy and keeps picture straight
Finally an easy to use picture hanger designed to keep the picture exactly as you place it. Yes the holes are larger than a nail but a dab of filler before you repaint is the same for small or larger holes.

Installed it and a heavy mirror by myself
I was dreading putting up a mirror along the length of the dining table in our new house, but this made it pretty easy. It came with two, and I used both, and the mirror feels pretty secure. Only one screw on each is able to drill into the stud, but that should be enough to hold the mirror in place. Because of the lip that holds the wire, I was able to use it as a second person to hang the mirror on my own (surely not recommended, but hey, it works). If I need to hang anything else heavy, I'm going to use these again.
