Although this is not particularly high quality chocolate, it is tasty and does not taste like cheap chocolate. My guess is that the cocoa is finely ground. I am also guessing that the manufacturer has prioritized milk over sugar as the bulk ingredient, which contributes to the pleasant, not-too-cheap taste. Additionally, the different flavor are well crafted to combine well with the chocolate and to provide variety. As others have noted, the nonstandard mold shape/ indentations make it hard to break off equal sized pieces.

I love this brand of chocolate and really enjoy this nice variety of flavors offered here. I wish I lived in a cooler place so that I could order it all year around, but being in the Sacramento, CA area, I have to wait until wintertime to get this. Sadly, it's now July and I've got a craving. :(

This chocolate is great. The variety pack is a good sampling but it's hard to pick a favorite! The only thing I don't like is the odd shapes of the chocolate pieces. It makes it hard to break off a piece and consistently get a decent size. Some are too big, some too small. But that's a minor gripe - doesn't change the fact that the chocolate is delicious!Also, shout out to the seller for making sure it arrived in good shape. We ordered not realizing a heat wave was heading our way. The seller packaged the chocolate with ice packs, so it arrived cold which was a great relief and surprise. I was fully expecting it to be a hot chocolate puddle in a box. Highly recommend!

Oh my GOODNESS!!!!!!! Tony's Chocolonely chocolate bars are simply DELICIOUS!! My first time trying them... The packaging is superb. And the chocolate taste so good. Nice creamy taste. Not over bearing taste. Every bar from the chocolate, to the dark chocolate, to the caramel seas salt, chocolate nougat, chocolate almond... they all are delicious!!!!! These are my go to chocolates from now on! For the customers who are saying their bars they ordered were old and stale etc... I think that was other customers selling old bars to people or something. Taste is subjective, some like milk chocolate others like dark chocolate and so on. The variety of chocolate ensures there's something for everyone. It's not the best chocolate in the world (judging by taste), it's not gourmet, but considering is ethically sourced, is the best by value and percentage of cacao/cocoa (I'm never getting a Hershey's after this). I'm buying this brand for the day to day from now on. My favorite was the hazelnut.
