Chew Ball on Rope, Rubber Rope Ball for Dog Training, Chewing and Interactive, Tug Ball Toy for Medium and Small Dog, Tough Rope Toy, Non-Toxic and Durable Dog Toy

I read quite a few reviews prior to buying and saw that people were just giving this to their dog therefore it got destroyed within minutes. This is definitely a toy that should be used in ACTIVE play or used as a REWARD in training. It is NOT meant to be a chew toy or a toy for unsupervised play. I received mine in the mail today and I’m really satisfied with the product. It will be perfect to build play drive in my rottweiler puppy. I did briefly play with my 80lb rottie/mix for a few minutes and it seems very sturdy but would not recommend this for a dog larger than 25-30lbs (may be suitable for a 40lb dog) due to the size. As mentioned before, it is supposed to be used as an active toy between pet parent and pet, not a solo toy.

I get this ball on a string on my way out to distract or redirect my dog when he sees another dog on our walk. I don’t let him play with it unless we need it or to let him know that he was good to ignore the dog or person he walked past with out pulling or barking.

We were pleased at first when our dog took to the toy and engaged in tug and pull with us, but within a few hours he easily chewed through the rope and made the toy useless. So we went from deciding to buy a second one for back-up to wishing we had not bought this one at all.

This had been a great toy for my 1 yr old lab/dane pup. He is a roughy toughy boy and this has held up well so far. He loves balls and playing tug of war so this is perfect.

This roped ball was so much fun for the 30 minutes of tug it lasted with border collies before the knotted end of the rope slipped from the ball.

My destructive puppy has nearly chewed through the rope, but she still loves to drop it so it bounces and makes a thud on hardwood floor.

My dog is not big on playing with toys but she loves this!

The ball is too large for my dog. The rope seemed a little short too. But it was good quality and the ball had a nice scent to it. My dog seemed to like the ball but couldn’t use it because of the size.
