Seriously this changed my life!I'm not comfortable changing it in public yet but the amount of money save every month makes this so worth the learning curve.Stick with it ladies it takes some practice but once you get it it's so easy.

Not huge capacity but still a nice CLEAR cup!
I was pleasantly surprised at how clear the silicone is and how well made the cup seems to be.I normally like colored menstrual cups although it doesn't make a difference on how they perform. If I do get a clear/white cup, I want them to be totally crystal clear and see through....like the Uni Cup.STEM: -Solid - Stick style. -Has good movement in all directions. -Not stretchy so you have a good, sturdy base to grip on to. -Three ROUNDED grip ringsSEAL: -Good amount of visible seal to be able to trim the stem, if needed.BODY: -Smooth and bump/edge free. Great for people that are sensitive to those things. -No markings on the outside of the cup.AIR HOLES: -Four evenly spaced holes located right under the rim. -Medium in size for good air -Punched straight and easy to clean. RIM (No Secondary Rim): -Thinner lip than several other menstrual cups. SEAM: -One seam to speak of located on the outside of the rim. -Small lip on it that can be slightly felt with my finger tip.INNER MARKINGS: -Measuring lines and numbers reading: 10 ml and 20 ml -UNI -These are all very low rise and should allow easy cleaningSILICONE: -Smooth & Shiny -“Grippy” when dry or wet with water. I have not tried it during my period yet (Aug 6th 2016 – will update when I do) -Feels about a 50 shore rating.POUCH: -Wet bag PUL fabric. -Probably not a good long term storage due to low air flow. Better to store your cup/s in a breathable cloth bag.OVERALL:Although these cups don’t have a huge capacity, it’s still a nicely made cup that will work as intended. If you have a very heavy period, you can still use the large but may have to empty this cup more frequently.Both sizes are shaped in a way that people with a low or high cervix may use it.Nice “middle of the road” on softness/firmness scale.I’m not affiliated with this seller or company.
