I misplaced the remote about 8 months ago, so I haven't used for 8 months.Very white light! But it did work great before losing remote.

The quality of this unit is great for the price, it feels solid and well made, the adjustable panels are great to move the light exactly where you want it to be. I can't speak to motion detection because I will not be using it. The remote is awesome to have and I put mine in PC (photocell) mode which keeps the light on from dusk to dawn by turning it on during the day and then hitting the PC button, the unit flashed and I thought I did it right, I waited until 10 minutes after sunset and it came on, brilliant! This unit is truly plug and play no wiring knowledge needed, just maybe an extension cord to reach the nearest outlet, mine happen to be inside my garage so I put the power cord through my old wired units hole and then plugged in an extension cord to reach the nearest outlet, I will put some cord retainers on the wall to keep it from being on the floor but that may not be the case for everyone. Overall I am very happy with the unit and will be purchasing more for my family members who need new flood lights.

I've had this light for nearly 2 years now. It's been great for lighting up our backyard at night so our kids could practice volleyball. I think it's a great purchase for the price. The only real negative is that the remote is tiny and can be difficult to use and easy to lose. In fact, that's where I'm at now - can't find the remote. Tried to find a way to contact the seller to see about a replacement remote. No luck and the original paperwork is long gone. So I guess I have to buy a whole new light just to get a replacement remote. : /

This one is programmable. Set the range, sensitivity, brightness and how long it is on. Also tilts so your neighbor doesn't get annoyed. Easy installation.

I was a bit confused when this arrived because it seemed like it was used and returned. I tried solar powered porch lights in the past but, I live in a very very dusty desert area so, they would get covered with dirt after a few days and stop working. I am able to just plug this in right under the roof of my back porch, which is out of the elements, and it's working great! I love that it comes with a remote too and that you can change the brightness. If you want your yard to look like daytime in the middle of the night, this light on the brightest setting is for you! The send or works great and I love how you can set it to turn of at different lengths of time. It has a day and night setting or it can just stay on all the time. It's also nice there are 3 lights that can be turned and adjusted to face different areas of the yard. Definitely worth the purchase!

I bought this to help light up my garage. The installation took me only 5 - 10 minutes by mounting it up and screwed it on top of the ceiling. It came with a small remote that is useful to adjust different settings. The sensor seems to be sensitive enough that it'd turn on the the light a few seconds after I have entered the garage. In terms of light, it has 3 lights that I adjust to provide a wide coverage of the room. I use the remote to set it to 5 minute duration and extra sensitive. The remote can be used to turn on/off the light instead of using the motion sensor.It's wife-approved too since she no longer has to fumble to find the light switch when she wants to go into the garage. I feel like a hero :)

From day 1, the brightness does not work. All other remote settings work except adjusting for brightness. It only produces low dim light. Faulty product. No way to control it without remote. Do not buy. Not as advertised.
