If you don't have any smoked meat this works perfectly; you wouldn't know the difference. So glad I found this product. It's a great pantry staple that I recommend.

I'm a lover of Pinto beans! I often cook them the old fashioned way: with a smoked: or cured ham hock. A friend brought me some Pinto beans that had been seasoned with Knorr's ham bouillon cubes: on a bed of rice: and it was absolutely delicious! So: I purchased my own: and I'm learning to season other vegetables: soups: and various dishes: that I would often season with some type of meat. Good luck with your cooking project folks!

I can’t find this locally and was so happy to be able to order. This is perfect for seasoning, I love to use it in pinto beans.

I haven't used the one I received in the mail yet, but I have had these same ones before. They work really well when you want ham flavor in your soups or sauces. I keep mine in the freezer to keep fresh.

I wish these would be readily available in the states.
