simplehuman45 Liter / 12 Gallon Rectangular Kitchen Step Trash Can with Soft-Close Lid, Black Plastic

I just got the pail today May 21st, 2021. I did not try it yet, I will update eventually. This is an update after about 6 months. My first reaction when I received it was that it was too big. I did not realize it was so big. But I got accustomed to it and it is just so beautiful. I am so proud of it! At first I thought it was too big to fit in my kitchen. So I put off using it till I could get use to it. I used in the mean time a much smaller trash can. This is what helped because it was too small and I always ended up having to add another bag beside it for extra garbage. This superhuman trash can is the perfect size I need. It is of the absolute highest quality and it looks amazing! I have the plastic white one. Because it is plastic it will be easier to wash and will never rust. I received it packaged perfectly, on time and in perfect condition. I definitely recommend this product!

So far, I am pleased with this bin, it looks pretty and does not take up a great amount of space

love the bin, but disappointed in the design for the chrome bar along the bottom. The plastic plugs don't hold it in place, and when I spoke to someone at Simplehuman, they promised to get back to me, but never did

What an amazing product!! Worth every penny. It’s compact, yet has such volume. The bags are easy to access and easy to fit, holds tight against the rim. I bought two, one to hold recycled materials and one for organic waste. I lined the liner with biodegradable bags for organic wastes. This product saves space and looks neat!!

I never knew I could like a bin so much. Pricy but hopefully will last the test of time.
