Q: Should I remove my stock insoles before putting these in my shoes?

Honestly it depends on how your foot feels. If the shoe is too tight, then i would take out the insole. I left mine in...because the bottom of my shoe was super flat...so it was uncomfortable with out the insole.

Q: Do you cut them to size?

I did not cut them; they fit easily into my ASICS tennis shoes.

That’s the size I wear in women’s. Widest part of heal is 2.75” Widest part of the front is about 3.25” They easily go into shoe and easy to remove. I love them. I Now have 7 sets!

Q: I dont have flat feet can i still use them?

I have high arches. These help keep my arches from tiring. I have several pair! Wear them in all my footware!!
