Nature's Measure Melatonin 3mg 30 tablets with Vitamin B-6 Relax and Sleep Dietary Supplement 30ct. (4 Bottles)

Works within an hour on me, I think I may have a bit of tolerance built up so it may be quicker for some who aren't used to taking it. The vitamin B makes me wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world, which is NOT how I normally wake up. If you're taking it for the first time, I would wait until you have a day off and take it the night before so you know how it will effect you.

I have sleep issues, tried everything on the market. I found thids product in the DOLLAR TREE. I purchased every bottle they had, they arte not getting anymore in. So i had to order them. Im paying alot more per bottle but its worth it. i sleep like a baby.

Only got 2 of the 4 Relax and Sleep, Melatonin substituted for other 2 bottles, I really sleep well with the Sleep and Relax. Melatonin not the same, but will be okay with me.

This appears to help me sleep.

This is the only thing that helps my husband fall asleep.

Don't notice anything after taking. Used this brand before, but also had valerian in it. Guess I will have to find something better than this. Also, putting those tablets in so many bottles...an incredible waste. Just put them all in the same bottle.
