It really works!
Let me start by saying EVERY Amazon purchase I make is based off of reviews. This product fits in the palm of my hand and it really works! There are 4 pieces to "operate" on. Those pieces have a small plastic "string" that allows your to remove them but no lose them! There is tweezer storage built-in. The Game Board can remain open or you can flip/close the cover to display the Operation cover. The packaging was easy to remove. Comes with batteries. I am pleased with my purchase!

This little Operation game has 4 pieces that are attached to the game, so even though you can play it, and pull the parts out, they wont get lost. I love tiny things, so of course I couldn't help but purchase one. Funny and fun!
