Been trying SNPE and this is a great first item to have for getting started. The exercises help with getting the knots out of the back and reducing pain and giving more shoulder mobility. I use it more than a foam roller.

SNPE is a game changer!I've been using their DANASON and I bought that for my both side parents as well.Now I wanted to try the wave pillow and it's super good as I expected.Hope this brand get their more new product from Korea.

Love the calf stretch! Seems to align my hips when placed in lower back and feels great under my neck - can self massage, gently rolling head side to side!

It is not a soft pillow, rather it is hard as wood. I would not use it as a pillow to sleep on, but to use for at-home exercise for few minutes to up to an hour.At first it was painful, but knowing that my posture is not good and my bones are not aligned well, it was acceptable pain. After few minutes of use on my lower back/hip area, I felt very comfortable and relaxing.

I threw it away. Be careful. Ask your medical doctor before using because depending on your condition it may possibly do more harm than good. I write this from my personal experience.

Love this product! Will be ordering more for friends and family. Is a well designed very supportive self adjustment tool. I just wish it came in more muted colors!
