Good for beginners
This is a good liner to use especially if you’re a newbie at winged eyeliner. It’s easy to use. The ink dried up though after a few uses. I have to shake it and test it on my hand first in order for it to work.

Love the actually product, but not the packaging
I like the eyeliner. Easy to apply. Looks very nice on. Downside (which I did read a few other people stating this as well) is that the pen is cheaply made. Less than a week after using this I reached into my makeup bag to pull it out and it had come apart. I did figure out how to get it back together, but it continues to fall apart. For this reason I won't be ordering again UNLESS this problem is addressed and fixed.
