Does this shoot ice cold toilet water right up your butthole

The water WILL NOT get warmer if you flush 1st. It will get slightly colder, but should not get any colder than 55 degrees fahrenheit. The pipes that come into your house are buried at more than 4' below the ground. The ground temp is 55 degrees down there. 55 degrees is not uncomfortable, and will not hurt you. If anything, avoid heated bidets if you have hemorrhoids. Warm water increases blood flow. Hemorrhoids might swell slightly. Cold water is especially soothing and will help keep hemorrhoids under control better. Less rubbing with toilet paper is a good thing. Especially with paper like Charmin that makes a dust cloud when you whap it. You don't want that dusty stuff in your bum. Use a textured toilet paper like Northern or Cottonelle. TP is also expensive. You'll be using a lot less of it with a bidet.
