the material is OK. It’s average. it’s not the most amazingly comfortable cap I have ever worn, but it is not uncomfortable. It’s not soft, but I guess caps aren’t supposed to be. I would consider it 7/10 as far as comfortability goes, The quality isn’t bad, but like I said it is not the most amazing cap I have ever worn.The stitching itself is pretty uneven, and it is very clear that it was stitched with thread, it does not look like it was printed onto the Cap. The dot on the top of the “i” is connected by a single thread which is visible from a distance. Also there are some minor gaps in the stitching of the letters for example the bottom serif of the second “n”. It’s not the biggest issue, but it is mildly distracting when looking up close.The back is held by Velcro that is easy to pull apart to form to your head size, I have a larger head so I definitely needed to adjust it.Overall, I would recommend this camp for anyone who just would like something on a cap for their own personal uses, but I would not recommend it for anyone who is trying to get multiple ball caps for A logo for a company or a graphic design for multiple people or for any professional use. But it is a nice cap overall.

I'm not a supporter of the Orange One, (I'm a Libertarian, supporting Jo Jorgensen) but I wanted my own version of the famous Hat. These folks will embroider any words in about a dozen different fonts and colors. Worked just great! Under $30 including tax and shipping. Came about a week earlier than they promised. No spelling errors! Hat is nice and comfy. Velcro size closure in the back.

I ordered a cap with embroidery on both the front and the back. The front turned out good, but the back was completely messed up. On the back I had a title and a last name(both are caps sensitive). Cory, the rep from the company said that the font I chose only comes in capital letters. No where on the menu options does it say that, and when you get to preview your work, it actually showed it the way I wanted it! Cory’s resolution was 50% off a second cap. Why would I want to buy a second hat for half off that will still be wrong when I spent $37.50 on the first one that is completely effed?Text On The Back *Only If Back Add On Purchased: ChEng McGrathThat is how it was supposed to read, and that’s what the order form says.It came out CHENG MCGRATHwhich seems like a Chinese name to me.Went from being an abbreviation for Chief Engineer to a fella named CHENG.Not to mention the butchering of his surname.What I find most distasteful was the email I received basically saying that it’s not his fault and that I could buy more if I like.

The embroidery is okay, not as good as it could be, but I'm mostly disappointed in the quality of the actual cap. It's probably the cheapest cap available. Poor fit, really thin fabric. I was hoping the quality would be better so that I could order a few for my road crew (music business) but I won't be ordering from this company again.

I wanted a personalized hat to show my faith and this hat was the perfect fit. The cap is a very good quality cotton baseball style cap, very comfortable with a Velcro clasp at the back. The personalized message was impeccably done in the color and style I requested. Beautifully embroidered and the right size to display my message. I'm really pleased with my purchase and I'm already planning my next hat. Highly recommended and a great way to tell the world what is important to you. Wear it with pride on your very own personal message board hat.
