Doesn't stick to formica at first
I have formica counter tops. My sink is large and in a tiny kitchen on an island, with a large delta curved faucet. I bought this on hopes to conserve counter space. My faucet is up against the bars in order to get this placed over my sink. The height doesn't adjust. The width does.Suction cups are the size of nickels. They don't stick to the formica. The shelf is not built square. You could tell when you put the middle section together. The square tubing was not the same length. The baskets were a good idea in theory, however if you put them the way they show you, you'll get water all over your counter and they don't all fit on the inside of the arms to be directly over the sink.I'm not sure I'm going to even attempt to use this in reality. I don't know that I trust it with glass dishes.**EDIT 1 MONTH AFTER PURCHASE**I took the chance and decided to try to use it anyway. Somehow the tiny suction cups finally stuck after I got them wet enough. We are a family of 2 adults, a teenager, and a 2 year old. After 1 weekend day of being home, this rack is full when I wash dishes at the end of the day.The bowl area, you cannot put regular sized glass bowls next to one another, you have to stagger the rows.Same with regular sized 16 oz drinking glasses. You cannot mount them next to one another. They can't sit safely. You have to use every other hook on the top and then use every other hook on the bottom, which means you can't really use it to wash more than 5 or 6 glasses at a time (I'm talking If you're a large family or if you have a party). The fact that it wants us to mount the knife holder, the glass drainer, and other things on the side makes no sense, because that defeats the purpose of wanting an over the sink draining rack, right? I wanted it to get rid of the dish towel that gets water logged and uses up valuable counter space- why would we drain those things on the side and still need a towel??Aside from these little annoyances, it really has helped with the space saving in my kitchen, and I have gotten used to the minor inconveniences. I mounted the glass holder over the sink and dont use the dish soap caddy or the cutting board draining rack, nor can I use any of the hooks, because this shelf doesn't get taller and the regular spatulas from nutrichef actually hit the top of the sink surface when I tried to use them.

Be very on point with your measurements, especially if any one is close
So I bought this knowing it might be a tight fit, all measurements were good except cabinet height, and I thought okay well I just won't hang anything on the sides. Yeah....it was just maybe a 1/2 inch to wide and would not go in, but I wouldn't let this stop me, took it apart and cut off around half inch in the middle. We made it work but it was a lot of hassle. I do love it though, lol. If you have plenty of space around your sink this will work perfectly, super easy to put together and so handy keeping clean dishes out of your sink and off your counter.

A little wobbly after assembly, not great suction, but overall ok.
The parts aren’t labeled for assembly so you have to figure it out but it’s not hard as long as you have common sense. I had to rearrange a few things due to a cabinet next to the sink, but overall im excited to have it. I have a family of 7 and the only dish washer we have is our hands. The plastic ones that sit next to the sink always break and leak water everywhere. My counters are ALWAYS soaked after dishes if my almost adult children do them. I’m thrilled they drip right back in the sink. I’m not sure if it’s worth $55 but it isn’t bad. A little wobbly but not too bad.

Good for price
Works for my space and functions just fine. Had a bolt housing shear off the metal and makes me concerned it won't last long, but has been fine so far with four months of daily use. Very happy overall with the product so far.

Very customizable components
There are many ways this can be set up, and it will fit within a wide range of spaces. I rearranged the individual pieces numerous times after looking at the suggested setup and found what works great for us. What we love about it: the drying rack is suspended over the sink so water drips directly into the sink, eliminating the need for a drain board or drying mat and freeing up counter space; the flexible arrangement options allow layout to be customized; the bowl basket and the plate basket are efficiently designed to support those shapes in particular, and more; tools we use often in our very busy kitchen are kept handy and clean so it doubles as storage for the cutting board and favorite utensils; it is sturdy, stable, and attractive; storage bags can be clipped on to dry after washing (yay!). We like to clean as we go and this rack makes that easy. I was reluctant to spend this much on a dish rack, but am very glad to have it.

Space is safe once again.
Do you remember the animated movie Thumbelina ? You know the bird in the movie Jacquimo. If you don’t know, take a second and google him. Then come back. Okay welcome back, you see that bird? That’s how I’m dressed right now. I just finished doing the dishes and you know what. This new drying rack is pretty great. Everyone says so, especially your mom, BOOYAH! Got ya! No but for realsie your mom did say that, jk jk jk. Your dad did. Okay I’ve got to go, I left my microwave running with forks in it and I don’t want to miss the sparkle fairy dance they do. Really good rack when you have no counter space
Decent quality. Easy to put together and has worked out great for us. Actually holds more dishes than on top of counter rack. Frees up counters and adjusts to any sink. Lacking enough cup holders and the ones it has is flimsy. But the dish, the bowl and the baking tray holding spots are great. I have heavy china plates and it handles them well. Love having my counter area back and my whole kitchen is better productive and even looks so much more open. It is a bit expensive but I would buy again in a second.
