There is no software download only that little tiny CD that they sent you

How do I download the disc for the cammpro? I cannot get it to download

The software is a joke. You can delete, move or copy from device to computer in Windows 7 or newer. Kind of like moving files from an SD card or flash drive.

Can I use this for mountain biking? If so, is there any mounting kit?

Yes, you can. The video is very good. Mounting may take extra work if you are mounting it on the bike. It has a strong alligator clamp that rotates 360 degrees on the back.
