Nice roping for crafts
This rope is very nice quality for crafting. Soft, flexible, and smooth. I wanted a roping that wasn’t “hairy” looking. This rope is very nice for my crafting purposes.

1/4 INCH BEST I'VE FOUND NO SMELL
I've bought the 1/4 inch several times to replace sisal rope and redo my furry family member Ella's scratching post. Jute is softer on her little feet and she likes it a lot better than the sisal rope that pokes her. There fore she uses all of her scratching post instead of the furniture.I have tried several different brands from the more expensive to cheap and this 1/4 inch is the best I've found that doesn't stink of chemicals and at a reasonable price. One of Ella's kitty trees had carpet on most of the post beside the beds she lay in and she uses the post now that I have wrapped with this jute rope when she's playing on her kitty tree. The other photo is where I replaced the paper like rope she had already destroyed lol. If you need rope for your furry family members scratching post you will be happy and your furry loved one will love you even more for providing them with a safe rope on their scratching post that doesn't have fibers that poke in their little feet like sisal rope does and doesn't stink. As for durability it's just as durable. I can't recommend this ENOUGH for furry family members. On my way to buy more because she needs another replacement on another tree that came with sisal rope that she want use. But she will be delighted and ready to give it a good scratching when mommy puts some softer jute on for her. LOL. You want regret the 1/4 inch. GET IT!

Little bigger than expected
Unfortunately it was very hard to work with because of the stiffness. It is very sturdy and durable. Next time I would use a size smaller

Good product/Terrible packaging
I received the cording today and this is how it arrived terrible packaging, not sure if there is 60 ft on this roll to complete my project..Amazon, this is tacky and disappointing.
