Great quality
This product seems really well made for the price point. In fact the quality of the Velcro far exceeded my expectations and looks as if it will hold up with time. Both buttons on the pistol strap were in perfect working condition, and the sizing on the actual holster seemed to fit nicely for both single and double stack frames that I own. In fact I'll be ordering a few more of these set ups for all of my vehicles. I like the versatility of placement for various sizes of vehicles and think all will function well for my needs and wants. The under the dash mount worked well for my truck and I liked how I could sleekly place the pistol on my seat in my car. Overall it cinches down and stayed in place -- so that was great.Like I said, this is a product I plan to buy more of as it will be perfect for all of my vehicles.

Works for me which is under the dash right, hand draw
I agree with some of the issues raised for under the seat, right hand draw. Not a great fit. However I was looking for under the dash and it fits snug, easy install and does not seem that it will move around. Will fit a fairly large gun, though I carry a compact and is easy to move from vehicle to vehicle. Also extra mag holder.I used the short strap but could use the long and when leaving the vehicle could be used as a belt to hold the weapon in middle of the back, holster for right hand draw. Or move the strap to the other side for hip placement. If I was left handed, I'd mount this under the seat.I'm not interested in mounting it on the seat back or between the seat and console at all. Will update if I experience problems.

Not universal as it says
It is not favorable for right hand draw as far as front of the seat. Left hand draw is as a straight up draw. Right hand only offers as sideways draw. Wich is hard enough but it's muzzling the barrel in unsafe direction. Like most other positions they show. Most all very bad gun carry positions. But they claim a few good ones but it's not possible for both left and right draw. I tried under dash for right hand draw. It's simply impossible on my Acura. You need like a lot of plastic to rap the strap around otherwise you just run out of adjustment and it just hangs and flops around. If you opp for in the front of the seat. It's only one option. A side draw. Both limiting your draw to the space on the right but also muzzling your gun to the left through your door way. Any down ward in the vehicle is more preferable than aiming in any other direction if you are carrying a loaded weapon. Why would anyone carry a loaded weapon pointed towards people especially in a vehicle. Can you emjine if a crash and you have your gun pointing at the backseat like it suggests in some picks. Granted guns these days don't just go off. Not even on impact but shit happens. Gremlins do exist... they bring down the very best of things at times. Over all I do not recommend this for right hand draw unless you get it to fit tight under your steering wheel for adequate draw and not shooting your self in the foot during a draw or in an accidental crash. By the looks in a crash under the steering wheel the gun would swing up under and out of reach to be able to read if needed to be anyways. Over all its not a go to. It only works as in the front of the seat but only as a left handed draw for maximum support. I would not advise nothing more. It would make no sense otherwise. I'm returning mine as I found it misleading as saying its totally ambidextrous. Wich it definitely is not. Why they didn't actually make it that way I don't know. My guess somebody took it over before it was finished... go figure!

Good... Not Great
Bought this to carry my Glock 19 with a weapon light, after reading one review stating it was possible... It is not. This is a nice holster, with many possibilities. It's just not what I needed. Decent quality, good price.I will be returning it.

Great, durable holster for the car
I have been using this holster for a few weeks now, in different positions in my car and it works really well overall. It is made from durable material and keeps my handgun tightly in place. Because no one likes their piece just flopping all over the place. I am pleased with this product by itself and want to keep using it; however, I have found a very small scenario where it does not fit comfortably, or readily available, but I will get to that later.I was skeptical about actually securing it in my vehicle because in past experience the simple strap with the tension clamp has always found a way to wiggle loose after some time, but not with this one. It stayed securely in place through bumps, turns, brakes, and my pretty aggressive driving. No complaints what so ever. I did notice that the end of the strap did try to come unwoven, but after trimming it and heating the end a little more it was fine. The holster stays right where I want it to once it has been secured to the attached velcro strip and does not move freely. Now, I love this thing, but I will say it does not work well for my specific situation. I own a smaller 2 door car, the seats in it have very tight undercarriages, and worst of all: I am left handed. I have found that I cannot find a position in my car where it is out of the way for me to drive, easily accessible, and in a position that I can draw from. I have tried under the steering wheel, but the make of my car makes it impossible to get the strap through. I have tried on the passenger seat, but I then have to reach over the center console in a way that I could only do it when sitting still and not very discreetly. I have also tried having it on the driver seat, but it is uncomfortable to be sitting on.I do have friends who have this holster and have larger vehicles and it works great for them. It sits in a very nice position under the driver or even attached to the third seat in some trucks. Despite my situation, I will continue to use this holster until I find the perfect place in my vehicle and I would still recommend this product to anyone looking for a holster for their vehicle that does not require modification or damage to the interior.
