Love this stuff! I used to take Wellness Formula until I saw a review on Amazon with photos comparing the recent bottles of WF with one that was purchased a year ago. The photo showed the current version was much weaker so I quit ordering it. That review also suggested Cold Snap and I’ve been using ever since...with great results. Is just take one cap if I’m starting to feel sneezy or runny nose and those symptoms clear within minutes. I lay off taking it if I don’t feel I need it to avoid building up a tolerance so take and enjoy! I believe ColdSnap has saved me lots of suffering and many dollars in lost work time.

I use this herb to prevent cold sores. I used to take it only when I got a cold sore, but now I take it daily to prevent them. My husband gets cold sores occasionally, too. It works well for both of us.
