These gelcaps seem too big but they are soft so I can swallow them. Better than tablets or capsules. This product contains only COQ10. I was using another brand before which contained Vit A as well as COQ10 but I didnt realize it because it was not on the front of the label. When I realized it, I switched to this brand because I wanted only COQ10.

Most people shop for price. But when it comes to supplements you need to shop for quality, or it’s all a waste anyway. Listen to Andrew Huberman or Gary Brecka podcasts, they endorse just a few brands for absorption & efficacy and Thorne is one of them.

I have a senior foster dog with a heart murmur. Our vet recommended this to support his cardiovascular health. No complaints, and pup tolerates it well. He eats the pill right out of his regular food.
