This product solved my issues with interruptions by my family while I work at home. Works seamlessly with Teams and Zoom, great options to allow detailed control of when/how it reacts. Hotkey to toggle it on and off for times when you need to trigger it outside of a Teams/Zoom meeting. Customer support was phenomenal - they contacted me within seconds of submitting a service ticket (I was stunned at how fast it was). The technician (Ember) was not just there to resolve my issues (that were self-induced as I failed to set it up correctly) but also hung on the line to make sure I knew of other cool features it had. Highly recommend this product.

Bought a bunch of these for my department. Let’s you know when someone is on a call or video meeting so you don’t interrupt them in there cubicle.

I dislike nothing. Easy to mount and works well. Let's my office mates know when I am on a Teams call.

Instructions in the box sent me to location on Plenom's website that no longer exists. It was easy enough to sort out on my own those. Installation of the software to work with Microsoft Teams was fast and setup in the software was a breeze. The base of the light stand has 3 magnets to help fix the base in place. Most places I would like to attach the light are non-ferrous metals like aluminum so I need to use the metal attachment coin to give the light base something to attach to. Unfortunately the packaging only has 1 metal coin included. Ideally I would like to have 3 minimum. One for my laptop, one for my cubical wall and one for my desk at home. There doesn't appear to be a way to purchase more from the manufacturer so I feel a bit limited in the use of this product for taking with me and unfortunately it means it will likely just live on my desk at work. I feel that updating the software install instructions and including a couple extra metal coins are easy improvements for the manufacturer to make for future shipments of the product.

Does not work with Ring Central as described. Could not get this to work.

***UPDATE: Let me ask you, have you ever had a company call you up and say hey, I just saw you bought our product 4 years aso and somehow we missed you review that you had problems and we want to help you get it working correctly? Well I did. Today. Twice! Thank you so much Ember (cool name btw) for reaching out, walking me through what I had done incorrectly on installation, and then returning my call within an hour when I still had one more issue. The little green light in the corner of my monitor sure is making me smile today. You absolutely made my life a little bit easier. Thank you a million!I had heck trying to get this thing to work and I still don't know if it's my headset or the light causing the problem. I just happened to get a new computer. That did something for the installation because it worked for an entire day. I'm pretty computer literate and this one is not user friendly. From the list of software it wants to install I'd have to be a programmer to understand. That being said, when I can figure out how to make it work all the time I think I'll be golden.

There's far too many plug-ins to install. Just give us one nice app to install and a config screen!I took another star off because the magnets on the base come out of the base constantly.

Really works well for Teams. The Teams connector was just upgraded to support blinking and little noises for new messages. Surprise to me, I didn’t even realize it had a speaker. We both work from home, so this is super handy to let each other know when we’re on calls
