For years I've been hunting for a small machine to clean my tiled garage floor. Because the flooring has snap-in hard plastic tiles, manufactured for garage flooring, my professional carpet cleaning service has refused to use their floor cleaning machine on the area. They said their machine has too much water flow and would force water down between and under the tiles. Made sense to me but, then again, a bucket and mop simply didn't clean the floor. The surfce looked dull and dirty no matter how often I mopped. I needed something with a stronger scrub action.............and then I discovered this little Bissell machine. I can control the amount of surface water applied and the scrubbing action really cleans each large plastic floor tile. My garage floor now looks fantastic. It took 3-4 times of cleaning, due to the long buildup of soil, before the floor was back to looking great but now maintenance is easy. I constantly, when opening my garage doors, receive compliments from delivery drivers, neighbors and friends on how nice my garage floor is. And it's all due to this wonderous little machine!!!!!

I have lots of dust on my floor. A regular mop does not clean well enough. If I use a wet swiffer I have to mop 3 times in about a 6 x 6 area! Wow, that's a lot of swiffer.I use my CORDLESS BISSELL CROSWAVE about 2 times a month. I have several pads and simply change them often. ( It's satisfying to see the dirty pads). I bought extra pads, that way I can change them often.They came out great. Gone with the dirt..clean pad to start again!By the way, I purchased a corded model maybe 6 months before. cord is a pain to drag around, Get a cordless. The battery doesn't last long enough, and takes a long time to recharge.I really like the cordless. Easier to move around.

Have used it for 6 months and LOVE IT. Easy to use, lightweight, easy to clean, does a great job.

I love this mop! Well worth the price. It is light, easy to replace the mop pads, and you just hold the mop while it moves and rotates to clean. It does all the work for you! My back used to hurt so much after mopping but not with this! So easy and made my floors look clean and buffed. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the charge. The charge doesn't stay long enough to clean my whole house. But we have a lot of hard flooring. If you don't have as much hard flooring or a smaller place it will be perfect. I still love this mop though. Buy it!

Was looking for a two in one.Bought and returned the Shark (did not want my house to reek of G******e)It’s slightly heavy but cleans really well and is easy to use. Charges well and battery life is good, has an easy to clean filter and the wet machine parts dried quickly after using the mop option.It’s a little high to clean under the bed but I just use my corded vacuum or a brush for that, it’s not a negative for me since there are so many positives.

This beauty glides along the floor effortlessly. I could move it along with one finger . It nicely cleans up baby spit up and everything it comes in contact with.I can usually get the inside of the house done on a full charge (30 minutes , maybe? I don’t really know…)But that’s pushing it. Still totally worth it.

I had high hopes for this mop, but it did the complete opposite. First off, it’s awkward to use at best. I had a feeling this might be an issue, but I wanted to give it a try anyway. I was right, the opposite spinning of the pads makes you feel like you are using a big commercial floor polisher machine. It’s awkward. And it will get away from you just about like those big ones will. But obviously not as bad. Smaller scale.I used this under an area rug that I have in the living room. I wanted a good test area and since I only move this monster rug every few months, I knew it would be a good place to start. It’s always dirty under there.When I ordered this mop, I also ordered the hardwood floor disinfectant solution. That’s what I used for this test. The rug area is 10x7 and I stayed within that area. Thanks to my little guy and his walker rubbing up against the rug, he left me perfect guide lines to stay within (was not happy when I realized the walker was pulling the finish off my floors!!)My hardwood floors are 85 years old. They are beautiful and finicky. I started off with a spray of solution along the 7’ area and used that to get started. It doesn’t take much solution. The sprayer puts out quite a bit. But it’s pretty even and it doesn’t saturate an area. I do like that.As this was drying, I could easily see that my floor was very foggy and filmy looking. Common issue I have with these floors. I let it dry completely, grabbed the other set of pads and went again. Once dry, I not only saw serious fog, but I could also see swirl marks on my floor! Haziness is bad enough, but now I have swirls?!Got my old mop out and after going over the same area with it, the fog and swirls were gone and I was left feeling irritated at the new mop.I am not happy with this product at all. One of the worst things I have ever purchased.Included images to show the area I was starting with (the finish is a little duller under the rug because that’s pretty much where we hang out all day. All the toys and toddler activities go on on the rug. This is a great great great product! I’ve had it for quite some time and use it and it has been very reliable and does a great job. I referred it to multiple people. I don’t ever care to go back to mopping my hard surface floors, any other way
