Wonderful tasting Italian hot chocolate which is great on cold days, or anytime of the year.

Deeply rich, nice consistency, goes great in a cup of coffee with some honey!

Not too bitter, not too sweet. Perfect in my coffee or as a standalone drink. Works with hot water as well.

I think this is the best hot chocolate mix if you are hankering for a quick hot chocolate. I mainly use it for adding to my morning coffee. Just one small scoop, and it adds the right amount of chocolate and sweetener to it. This is a staple in the kitchen and nice to have for a hot chocolate craving in the winter. Worth the price for the quality.

Amazon makes it much too easy to indulge in a rich cup of hot chocolate any time of day, night, year. The great taste of Ghirardelli chocolate candy that translated so well into Ghirardelli brownie mix (yes, it rivals homemade brownies and most people think it IS homemade) is reimagined in a wonderful hot chocolate mix. This may be a winner for some. But even when I spoon in an amount exceeding the recommended mix, it is severely lacking. I use it with extra creamy oat milk, so I don't think the problem is with the dairy alternative. I may be spoilt from working in a hot chocolate café in recent months, so take my advice with a grain of salt. This could be really good for instant hot chocolate. But then again, I find the Swiss stuff tasty.
