Delicious no bloating(if you’re gluten intolerant)
Perfect flour for making bread or anything else I suppose but since it’s from France, it’s a better quality(and a different type of wheat). I had no bloating or gluten issues with this one. And it’s delicious.

A Game Changer
This flour is definitely worth a shot if you have trouble digesting regular breads and desserts. It has become a kitchen staple for me. The flour is smooth and has no problems in baking and tastes great. It's reliable. I have used it for breads, pizzas, cakes, cookies, and plenty of other pastries.The packaging does its job well. I have never had it broken or leaking on arrival.I struggled finding a flour that worked for me. I was suspected to have I.B.S., but have confirmed after baking with this flour that that is not the case. It looks like a lot of wheat farmers use Glyphosate, a type of pesticide that can make people pretty sick after consumption. This flour doesn't have glyphosate, making it a true game changer for someone avoiding most foods out of an allergy or intolerance scare. This is a high quality flour that I definitely recommend trying out.

Gluten free Flour
This flour is so much better than anything you can get at the grocery store. Gluten free , any baked goods are very flaky . It is worth the cost.

This flour is really fine, like sifted flour. I use this for cottage cheese bagels!

Stunning results
I made a tried and true recipe of brioche rolls for the first trial of this flour. It turned out a very soft dough that needed nearly half a cup more flour to reach a consistency ready for the first rise. After punching down it was again quite sticky, so I tried not to add any more than was necessary to turn it out into a ball and place in a greased bowl for overnight rising. This morning at 4:30 I did the shaping and last proofing. By 6:00 this flour produced the most beautiful, airy, incredible rolls. The texture is velvety, the rise is 25% higher, and the flavor is perfect. I'm going to stock Francine Farine from now on!

Changed product
I have used this for many years and loved it. Not anymore. When I got my most recent delivery the packaging was different, it was in English not French. I thought, no big deal they are just branding for English speaking countries. Well after 5 ruined things (things I've made 1000s of times as I am a baker with a bakery business) in a row I'm going to have to say that the flour isn't just branded differently, it is different. I'm so frustrated as this isn't an inexpensive item and my customers were counting on me to get their items for the holidays. Don't order!

Works well for my gluten free friend
I have a friend who has to stay away from traditional flour as it does not agree with her digestion. She uses this flour instead and does not have any problems. I bought this to be able to make baked goods for her. I felt it worked well in the different applications I used to for baked goods. I would have to experiment more with sourdough baking though as I did have trouble with timing as it rose when I made a traditional sourdough loaf and ended up over proofing the loaf I made. I think it just would require different timing than I was used to with traditional flour.
