Honestly, great BACK support! Just one issue.
Simple review here, PROS first:The product is FANTASTIC for the LOWER BACK.- Used on a 4 hour flight (2 feature films), and my back did not ache.- Use it everyday in the car.- Easy to adjust the inflation.The NECK- I bought this mainly for the back, on the neck, it isn't as comfortable in my opinion.- It rotates if I move my neck a little too much, and it gets kind of annoying. But my neck problems are non-existent compared to my back.The CONS- After about 6 weeks of using it daily, a hole emerged in the threading where it gets sewn together. It's literally just one thread. I can't return it because it's been too long. I still use it without any air in the car, because something is better than nothing. I do plan on buying another one, crossing my fingers, hoping this time it will last longer.

Almost self inflating
Sturdy inflatable with some low density foam chunks inside of it. Doesn't deflate flat but has a little extra cushiness and weight. Hilarious instructions. Foam inside may not last.
