Sea moss can be expensive but this is a good alternative and taste even better than the one that comes ready to use, just have to soak it overnight and blend it, I even added some strawberries in it and the flavor was amazing that even my kids loved it!!

I always use this brand when making my sea moss gel. Very authentic. The smell is amazing. I love the smell of the sea. It’s the perfect color. And makes the perfect gel. It has the instruction on the back how to make the gel. I get at least 3 8 oz bottles of gel from this pack. You really get your moneys worth.

Taste wasn’t too bad. A little grittier than I imagined and I had to hide it in thicker drinks like smoothies. It was a great value for the money and I was able to freeze the extra gel.

Love this sea moss!The taste was surprisingly mild — not too strong or ocean-y at all. I made sure to wash it well until the water ran clear and continued rinsing throughout the soaking process. I soaked it with a lemon since I didn’t have a lime on hand, which helped keep it fresh and clean.The final result had amazing sturdiness and a smooth texture that blended beautifully. I mixed mine with filtered water, dragon fruit, and hibiscus powder for a naturally sweet flavor. The clean ingredients are a huge plus, and I also love the moisture level — it makes for a great natural daily supplement.My husband adds a spoonful to his smoothie and can’t even tell it’s in there! We’ve just started using it, but we’re off to a great start.

The media could not be loaded. This is the best brand of Sea Moss that I have purchased. It made almost 5 jars of the gel. So, seamoss has 92 of the 102 minerals our bodies need daily. It is so good for our hair, skin, nails and bones. It is a rich source of iodine which is needed for the thyroid. It has potassium, calcium, as well as vitamins and protein.It's high in fiber which is excellent for digestion and for our gut microbiome. It helps boost our immune system and protect against certain gut bacteria. I do NOT like any seafood so this is a bit rough to get down. I actually gag a little sometimes. So I try to hurry and swallow the 2 tablespoons as quickly as I can. I have not found the perfect way to take it without touching my tongue. If you do wholefood shakes (meal replacement shakes) you could put it in there. I think I'm a bit drastic but I seriously can not eat or smell seafood. I want the benefits though so I tough it out.

The review is for the amount of product you get. Teeny tiny amount. I compared the package to a another brand I usually get. Yes, the quality is comparable. However, when comparing the cost per ounce, these one was much better on the listing. However, I feel mislead because the amount you get makes the cost more than double
