This stuff is amazing!! I have been feeling weak for a looong time so i looked into boosting my energy and came across ATP and that led me to shilajit. To me this absolutely has a nootropic effect. I began taking it to help me run ( cause of weakness) along with rhodiala rosea and sometimes alcar and YES IT HELPS!!. I noticed when taking alone as well it not only gives me a MENTAL pick up but a PHYSICAL pick up as well. It gives my mind and body energy. I went through a 30g jar. Had to buy a 60g jar. I had it away for awhile and thought. Hey i havnt tried that shilajit in forever. When i grabbed it. It was actually hard and you could see some brown in it and it worried me at first.. but later after injesting i realized when it was like that it looked EXACTLY like the picture of the rock above which is sposed to be a higher quality rock (black/gold) so i got excited haha)Anyways. I mixed it in with triphala and GOOD GRIEF!! i was right in buying 60g. This stuff seriously is awesome ( atleast for me). It ehanced my mind ,increasing wakefulness and cognitive funcitoning (clear headed) and gave my body energy i felt like i wanted to work out after taking it, almost started doing some pushups!! But my g/f wasnt in the room, so i had no one to show off my massive ironman strength too, so i supressed my masculinity and kept my thunder under control.Hahah besides the joke. I am serious about this review and when i get a little more money. Im stocking up even more. I hope this company never stops selling.I have NOT purchased shilajit from anyone else, this business seems to be hit or miss and i am not gambling because it is expensive. But from other reviews who said they tried other stuff. They said this is the best and i can believe them!

I have been using different kinds of shilajit for about a year now. Depending on where its sourced from the subtle effects of Shilajit varies as well as some details of texture and smell. But thanks to the distinguishing characteristics it is easy to know a genuine product. Not only is this product surely real; but in my opinion the Shilajit from this part of Himalayas is one of the best too.It arrived faster than I was anticipating (about 2 weeks) and it was packed very tight and safely. There was a note in it with directions to use. the container great; I have had no issues using. I shared this with my sister and she loved it as much as I did; if not more.Before placing my order; I checked the comments like most of us do and saw some one stars. This struck me as weird; since almost all the rest (90%!) are excellent and not even mediocre. I could not be happier with my decision to trust the positive comments. Also, I advise paying attention to other sellers with similar names and packaging. I almost reordered from those by mistake!Lastly; I recommend taking it with coconut oil and honey (a small spoonful of each) in warm water (I use a small coffee/espresso cup) first thing in the morning on empty stomach. For some reason; I feel the immediate effects more with this mixture than taking it alone (not just for this particular Shilajit; but for each brand I tried this has been true).I'm very thankful to the supplier for their hard work to provide the world with a truly exceptional product.Bottom line, exceptional product; worth the wait, worth the money.(And honestly; the supplier is very generous with pricing compared to the rarity and the work it takes to get this product!)I was not offered any discount; free product or asked to write a review.I am doing this, because it upset me to see those misleading comments and similar branded products that are not this one.

After completing loads of research on Shilajit, I purchased this brand. It was deemed to be one of the most authentic and reputable brands. Unfortunately, it didn’t sit right with me AT ALL. Luckily, I’m smart when it comes to supplements of any kind. I always try very little at first to see how my body will respond.This Shilajit made me feel very lethargic, sluggish, slow, high or spaced out. I continued taking it for 3 days to see if it was just me. Had I taken the regular recommended does of this, EMS would have most likely been called.Please be absolutely careful with this stuff.

This tastes horrible. Can't say I really feel any different but definitely does not taste good.
