Really Good Creatine, mixes well.

I've been using this product for 60 days and although the alleged strength gains that are reported by the company are really dependent on your type of training, years of experience, and lifestyle, I did notice only a slight increase in muscle strength (I'm primarily a powerlifter with 5 years under my belt so strength gains come very slowly at this point). However, on the subject of muscle recovery, lactic acid reduction, and hypertrophy this product is above and beyond expectations. I am 50 years old and I have to wait at least 48 hours before working the same muscle groups because it takes my body that long to recuperate neurologically and physically from a heavy workout. This product somehow flushes lactic acid out of my muscles at an accelerated rate so I am not as sore the next day(s). I really don't care as much about hypertrophy at my age because I will not be participating in the Arnold Classic or Mr. Olympia competitions between now and when I take the big dirt nap, but in 60 days, I have increased my chest size by an inch and my biceps went from 17 1/2 inches to 18 1/4 inches!!!! No matter what anybody says, building muscle of that quality in two months at 50 years old is never a bad thing (except for the fact that my sport coats and blazers don't fit any more and my wife is chapped over me having to buy a new wardrobe).As far as taste goes, it does kinda suck because of the bitter aftertaste. So I would not recommend grabbing a scoop of raw power and "slamming" without mixing it with a liquid like many of the Ironheads do at my gym. I have found that mixing it orange juice is my favorite way to take this stuff. I drink 80 oz. of water a day at work but I really like to drink OJ while working out so I just put a scoop of creapure in with it and the acidic juice eliminates the bitterness. On a side note, it does NOT mix very easily because it is micronized, so to avoid getting to the last drop of juice and then having to deal with slimy clumps make sure you put it in a water bottle or shaker cup and shake the crap out of it before every sip. Anyway, that's my 2 cents worth. I love it so much I just created a bi-monthly subscription for this product. I think you folks will love the recuperative and hypertrophy effects!

Nice creatine from Germany works well but not much different from American brands I have tried a few American brands and don't see much difference but does work

Do this and this alone when buying creatine - always insist on pure HPLC German grade quality. It makes a difference. In my younger years I competed on the national level in bodybuilding and this was a constant part of my arsenal for strength and growth. Now I’m older, smaller but still benefit from the strength gains but more importantly the wealth of studies showing cognitive enhancements.
