Great Product for Pool Surround
I used this product to reseal my 13 year old pool surround that had not been sealed for 10 years. It had been resealed before with a solvent sealer so I had to use another solvent sealer. I would have preferred to use a water based sealer, mainly because the cleanup is easier with the water based sealer. I had it professionally power washed, waited 48 hours before applying the Armor AR350 Low Gloss Concrete Sealer with a $30 Chapin 25020 2-Gallon Clean 'N Seal Poly pump sprayer. The Chapin pump had an adequate fan spray to apply the sealer. Taking the advice from previous reviews, as I sprayed it on, followed up going over the area with a 3/8" roller. Had purchased the 5 gallon pail of the Armor sealer thinking I would need to apple two coats. Turns out there was enough of the old sealer in the concrete that one coat did the job just fine. The Chapin spray pump does not have the required seals for use with a solvent so it was discarded after this one time use. I was very satisfied with the finished pool surround and the low gloss sheen. I did purchase the non-slip product that could have been added but after reading previous reviews about it clogging up the sprayer I took their advice & put it in a salt shaker to apply manually. Turns out I forgot to use it, but my surface does not feel slippery when wet. On very smooth concrete that might be a different story. Finished product just made it a slightly darker beige color. I recently put down a new paver driveway & patio & intend to use this same Amor companies product except in the water based sealant form to exclude the wet look and for an easier application with that same Chapin spray pump. Cautionary side note - applying this near a pool some of the product overspray got in the water & created an ugly sheen. Used a product called "Pool FirstAid" & it cleared up the pool water in an hour or two. Highly recommended if you follow application instructions.

Armor AR350 Low Gloss Wet Look Concrete Sealer 5 Gallon - Review
Our 25 year old Belgard Paver walkway was looking a bit worn and pale. In preparation, I pressure washed the walkway to remove as much dirt as possible. Waited 48 hours before applying Armor AR350 to ensure it was dry. Followed instructions, applied two coats, 24 hours apart, and in the evening hours on dry days and low to no wind. These pavers were bone dry and sucked up a lot of product on the first coat. I wanted to use a sprayer, but it had to be one rated for this chemical, and the cheapest one was close to $200, which was too much for using a couple of times. So I went with a roller, and it was a pain. I used a low-nap roller (Wooster Brush R232-9 Epoxy Glide Roller Cover, 1/4-Inch Nap, 9-Inch), which meant a lot of back and forth between the pavers and the roller tray. That said, it wasn't that difficult in the end. The second coat went much faster. We're pretty happy with the results - keeping in mind that we were working with such an old walkway with some wear on it. See pictures for more info ("after" pic is 24 hours after 2nd coat).

Great satin to lower sheen finish
Just purchased this so I can't speak to its longevity but two coats did a great job of sealing and evening out the low to satin sheen level I was hoping for on my acid stained concrete. I rolled on both coats with a 18" 1/4 inch nap roller and I suggest good ventilation and lighting as I noticed the edge of the roller would leave a little build on the second coat that I would go back over to smooth out. Possibly a 3/8 roller nap would have been better but I'm very pleased with the results.

Looks so good fresh I apply yearly
I've used this sealer for a few years now on my patio. It is easy to use-for me the hardest part is finding two days in a row with no rain so you can wash the surface one day and give it 24 hours to dry before applying this sealer the next evening. It is important that you wait until the sun has set and the surface temp is below 85 degrees....hotter than that and you will get bubbles. (I have, and they pop easily and you won't notice where they were after that, so not a huge problem.)While it does "last," meaning that it's still there after a hot summer and crappy winter (I'm in NE Ohio,) I find the sealer dulls after a year. (See the pic where I've applied fresh sealer in comparison to last year's sealer.) Because it looks so amazing with a fresh coat, I do mine every spring.I simply hit the patio the day before with some Simple Green, use a surface cleaner with my cheapie electric pressure washer, and then rinse off with a wide nozzle. (You could get away with a brush and a hose.)I use an 18" roller and get great results, and I can knock the job out in an hour or so.This year I added Foundation Armor's fine anti-slip additive and it gives my patio a bit of grit to make it less slippery when wet. I just added some to the roller tray after each refill and mixed it in with a paint stick. The sealer works good. I wish it would last a little longer so I could do the job every other year, but I'm addicted to the new shiny look it gives to my patio every spring. (People are shocked to hear my patio is seven years old now!)

Sealed perfectly time will tell how well. Watch out for the smell.
This product did well seal our pavers walkway, driveway, lanai. We ended up having to buy more because it didn’t go as far as we thought it would. One thing about this product is the smell. It’s absolutely overwhelming do not store empty cans or lids from the product in your garage or your whole house smells like it was easy to apply with a roller.

Great product
Easy to use and application was simple. Make sure to clean the area before applying and also make sure you put a very thin coat. I had used this on my driveway and my stamped concrete. I will have to see how long it will last in Minnesota winter.

Best sealer out there for the money , don’t settle
This product is very very good. I use an 18” roller because I prefer to put it on a little heavier and it lasts 4 to 5 years depending on how much driving you do.
