Great quality vitamin and it has improved my health!
With all the vitamins I've taken, this one has given me the best results. I noticed a difference in the way I felt after the first bottle and have been taking this vitamin ever since! Been taking these for some time and although I agree they are large pills to swallow, they taste ok, and don't upset my stomach.I take them for multiple health issues but mostly because of being over 50 yrs old and inconsistent diet - sometimes I just can't eat a meal.Very happy with their quality consistency.

Smell terrible
The smell that comes from the container is terrible. I wished I'd looked at all the reviews before I ordered 2 bottles thinking that since they were GNC vitamins they must be good. Not natural vitamins. They are trash. Wasted my money! Do not buy!
