These sticky fly traps are fairly easy to use, you have to be careful when pulling them out of their casing as it is easy to get the sticky residue on your hands.

I've had no problem with these ones. When all the doors and windows are open they are great keeping flies out. Although can look a bit gruesome after a while!

Put the first one on the ceiling as soon as the pack arrived, ripped off just below the fixing cord right away.Put second one up and it was okay.Noticed the sticky glue is seeping through the cardboard outer layer so that indicates they have been stored for a long time before I received them, I know this as the last pack I bought last year (no longer available on Amazon) was great to start with, then I used the last of them again this year and they had started to seep through, which implies this batch is old.I did think about returning them as soon as I saw they had seeped, but its not worth the hassle of repacking and taking to the post office.

After school boy error of touching the sticky paper, I found out how to handle these strips. For me hanging with gluetac worked well, suspending the strips about 10cms off the window.First day or 2 nothing, now its fruit fly armageddon, works very well, still have the odd fly, but this is cheap and effective.OH yes, looks pretty naff, sited ours to one side of window, doesnt catch the eye to much.
