This brand I only just discovered because it was on my niece’s Christmas list. I can see why it’s trending. It’s super soft and the animals come in a variety of creative designs. The fox body is so different and that makes this fox so adorable! Perfect size. Not small and not giant—just right!

Jellycat animals in corduroy are the best night time animals for little kids. My son loves his crocodile by Jellycat and it's my favorite of their line. It's soooooo simple and squishy. I was disappointed by the tail of this Fox it has nearly no stuffing or mass as you would expect and the toy had a heavy odor...possibly due to the bag it was shipped inside. I intend to wash it like I do Groppo, my son's crocodile, once a month and starting right away... I know they say not to machine wash, just spot clean...but the crocodile holds up very well in a delicate cycle in a lingerie bag with mild soap and hanging dry on my covered back porch. It only takes a day to dry.This is intended for my 3month old second son so he can have a sweet favorite animal pal to sleep with when he transitions to sleeping in his room one day.Jelly cat cordy animals are a great value, they look perfect after many delicate washes...such is the nature of corduroy.

My son fell in love with Cordy immediately, and so did I. I initially thought that the $25.00 price point was a little high for a stuffed animal shaped like a fox. It's just a few threads and some stuffing, right? Wrong. Cordy is soft, and weighted in all the right areas, his feet have little beans in them, and he is very, very well crafted. Infants (0-3 months) do not learn from toys yet, they need toys which offer comfort and soothe them, which Cordy does. If I had to go say anything to the Jellycat product development team, I would thank them for helping my son transition from sleeping in a swing at night, to being able to sleep in his crib with his trusty little fox. I would thank them for helping calm my little guy down when he is inconsolable and his Cordy is there in the perfect little size for my son to hold with his arms and legs. I would say thank you for letting me get some dishes done while my son laughs and smiles with his little fox friend for a couple of extra minutes. I could go on, but $25 for this fox, is worth every penny. This guy is very cute, soft and cuddly. My 3 yr. grandson immediately latched onto him. He is a little bigger than I anticipated, but just the right size!

The Jelly Cat stuffed animals are maybe the best ones around, at least that are mass-produced. In my opinion they are even giving Gund a run for their money. We're the age now where the number of friends with kids is beginning to outnumber the number without, and I was finding that I had a hard time thinking of gifts for the littlest ones each year. Luckily they make tons of styles of these animals, so, for the moment, I am saved. The quality is excellent. The dolls are very soft and floppy, but maintain their form over the years. They are generally a big hit. Pertaining specifically to the fox, the oversized corduroy is very soft, and the little boy I got him for was very happy with him. Sorry if these reviews for the Jelly Cat toys are all about the same... but maybe one of them I receive will be horrible or something, and I can write a scathing 1 star about it. For now, 5 stars all the way.
