We love this book. Being able to color together is amazing whether mother and daughter or sister and sister!!! The illustrations are phenomenal.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my niece and her mom and they LOVE it! It was a tear jerker for the both of them.

We love drawing it together. The pictures remind us of us. I love that. Good quality too.

The pages are designed where you and your little one can sit across from each other and you color the page that faces your direction and the other faces the direction of your child. Great bonding and girl talk time.

Really enjoyed getting this book for my 7 year old and I to color. It’s nice how the pages are laid out so you can color at the same time. Makes it a fun activity to do together.

This is genius! Quality paper pages are opposite and upside down from each other so you can both color at the same time! Detailed line drawings are beautiful images depicting scenes of African-American mother and child going about their business and day to day life. I like the hair scene and bedtime story with hair bonnets on. There are also a few activity pages. Ms. Nicole definitely had her thinking cap on. This is not a cheap 100 page coloring book of nonsense, this is for real quality time with your daughter, or little sister or favorite niece. I don't think it's fair to the artist to show her work, so you'll have to buy and see for yourself.Perfect gift to any age girl who loves to color along with a pack of Crayola "Multi-Cultural" Crayons.

I absolutely love this book!! I was super impressed! beautifully thought out, I love the lovely inspirational words on each page to share with your child, Just beautiful drawings to colour together that tell a story. Perfect Mother/Daughter time activity. My daughter will be super excited when she receives this. I will 100% be buying many of these for my niece's for Christmas. Excellent Xmas gift.
