Dunoon Fine Bone China Made in England Henley Shape Mug (Agapanthus)

We lived in Cornwall and these blue, and white flowers, were abundant on the Scilly Isles. We have since moved away so this mug is a nice reminder. Dunoon pottery make an amazing array of different mugs , too.

These mugs are expensive, but beautifully made and decorated and worth it! I have bought two and they have both arrived earlier than expected, well and safely packaged and in perfect condition. Thanks for such great service. Would not hesitate to order again.

I’m on my fourth one of these as all of them, including the replacement have gone pop and leaked from under the handle after using boiling water from the kettle. Didn’t happen when I used a teapot but these are big mugs, so don’t want to have to do that every time. According to Dunoon this is probably thermal shock but given that these are bought as every day mugs, I’ll use my other bone china ones from now on.

The picture of the blue flower was just lovely. and it was and the shape and the size of a mug which is ideal for your first cuppa of the day.
