Use these in cloth masks

I use them as pre filter on respirator cheeper than the factory ones plus have charcoal.

The only thing is the size is smaller than the mask so slightly wider would be preferred.

I am just transitioning from disposable masks to washable fabric masks with filter inserts. Like other reviewers I was pleased to find a pack of 30, rather than 100, to be able to try them. I was not prepared for them to be gray-ish, ugh, but then I remembered the charcoal layer, so, hmmm. I also cut one to confirm there are five layers, as others have. To include the phrase “shipped from USA” seems shifty as the sticker on the package says Made in China, but maybe that speaks to delivery time?…another hmmm.There were no instructions but I learned from an answered Question that the side with the code PM2.5 goes toward your face when inserting in the mask. Seems comfortable enough, as I test it out at home today.(Four stars for comfort? Well because no masks are actually “comfortable”, are they?)
