Not what I was expecting.
I was hoping to cover some basic exercises involving clubs. This basically just covered routines. Seems like it cool be cool, but not very useful for a beginner

Straight to work.
Pairs well with the Sim Kehoe book on Indian Clubs. Adds a few more styles of swings and includes a series of routines for both one and two clubs. I would recommend getting both books. As the Kehoe book gives more background and history of the exercise and explains starting position/grip form before getting straight to the exercises like this book.

This “book” is rather a pamphlet from what seems like 1890 or so, the movement descriptions are so obtuse you couldn’t possibly learn to use clubs from this. I read it carefully but got nothing from it. It is a souvenir of olden days. Not that alll things old are bad, but here unfortunately there is a pre-modern fog in the writing that makes this useless. Circles in circles in circles, you’ll see much of that here.Time for the permanent attic for this one.

Great guide for Indian clubs. It’s good to have some literature in addition to all the Onnit videos I watch

Waste of time and money
Somebody saw an opportunity to make a quick buck and took an old book and reworked it with a nice cover--but the instruction is trash--lots of circles and lines that you would need to be a genius to unscramble--I took 5 minutes to try and follow what these figures were doing--and tossed the book in the trash--not even worth the time to get a refund--by the time I fill out the paperwork and take it to the refund site--I've wasted more than it is worth.Don't buy it!--you can see some stuff on U-tube that is miles easier to follow--or do like me--Pretty much build your own movements until such time as you perfect all the ones shown--I'm a golfer--and just swinging them like a golf swing loosens up the muscles incredibly--and really--that and a few others suit me fineJim Mourlas

I can't believe I bought this
As close to an absolute waste of money as I've ever known. What was I thinking? Five minutes on YouTube would have taught me more.

Completely incomprehensible!
Might make more sense when you know what you are doing but in terms of proper form for these exercises forget it. In places looks like a drunken mouse has run across the page.
