Great Price and Cute Outcome, but Not Great Instructions
People who do this need to know before going in that you need to DIVIDE UP YOUR THREAD! If you do not divide your thread and only use 3 strands at a time, you WILL run out. I did. This was my first cross-stitch since childhood. I don't remember how to do this stuff, so I read through the instructions. It did not clarify what some things meant, so I did not understand that they expect you to divide your thread. I love the cross-stitch. It's so cute! But I wish I had known. You just can't go back and undo the mess. So, the only thing I suggest is clearer instructions for beginners like me.

Wonderful introduction to cross stitch!
I enjoy doing something to keep my hands busy while watching tv or sitting in on long zoom meetings where I have to pay attention, but don’t need to take notes. I decided on a whim to try cross stitch, and really liked the look of the cute parrots on the line from this series. I received it quickly and it does come with everything you need! Here are a few things:1. The “instructions” require you to know at least a few things about cross stitch to interpret. I recommend watching a few videos, just search for “beginner pre-printed cross-stitch.” Then the instructions make a lot more sense!2. There is MORE than enough thread for the project (I have a lot left over). On the front of the package is a code (in this case 11CT 3 strands) which indicates the number of threads you use while stitching (in this case 3, the 11CT refers to the fineness of the fabric and therefore the number of crosses you can do per inch, bigger numbers mean smaller stitches, which are harder). Each piece of “floss” is made up of 6 threads (or “strands”), so you have to separate out three of them with which to thread your needle. If you try to use the whole floss (or even worse try to use three of them) you won’t be able to thread your needle, and you’ll quickly run out of thread. If you do run out it is easy to find more since they use a standard code for each color.3. The one thing that doesn’t come in the kit that is super helpful is a needle threader. You can get one on Amazon or even your local grocery store. They are cheap!4. The colors printed on the cloth are very bright, which helps make stitching easy, and reduce the amount of attention you have to pay while doing it. They do show through the stitching somewhat, but I haven’t washed them out yet. There are clear instructions for how to wash out the printing.5. You’ll learn this from the videos, but make sure all your stitches are the same as this makes a big difference in how the pattern looks in the end. I accidentally did one row backwards and it stuck out like a sore thumb, and I ended up picking it out and doing it again.Really all of this I learned from the videos, but the result makes me feel very professional!. This project is taking me many hours, and I am really enjoying it! I’m planning to buy some more kits, and recommend you do too!

Perfect!
This was my first cross stitch pattern and I think it turned out perfectly! I followed the directions as specified and I had more than enough threads left. I love the little mouse with the dandelion! It's so cute!

This pattern is easy enough as a beginner, IF you look up instructions elsewhere
This was the first cross-stich I've ever done. I love this pattern. It's super cute, and easy enough to do.I did see a review or two talking about how they didn't recieve enough floss. I personally have extra floss left over. However, I'm only giving this 4 stars because the instructions were not clear at all. I actually looked up tutorials on Youtube because the instructions were difficult to understand. Apparently you are supposed to pull individual strands out of one string of floss. This pattern calls for 4 threads, but it took me 2 days to figure that out. I had to double back over the couple of sections I had already done. It seemed as if they had run the directions through Google Translate, which led to further confusion.I would also recommend getting a loop. Needles are included, but the loop is not. The section I did without the loop was a little harder to do. However, you could complete this piece without one.Overall, I might buy another pattern from this company, now that I'm more comfortable with cross-stitching, but I could see someone else getting frustrated and giving up because they didn't understand the given directions.

Easy to use
Very nice picture and easy to use for beginners or those of us who used to practice cross stitch when we were younger and are picking it back up now that the kids are teenagers and we have more free time :).After I actually read through the product description, I saw that this takes 3 strands so the thread that is included needs to be pulled in half. I love the stamped picture on the fabric and the numbers that correspond with the threads included on the card. The stamped colors are not the same as the threads, which I think is a feature not a bug because it makes it easy to see your progress when you have to put it down and pick it back up constantly so you know where you left off.

Adorable project, great for beginners!
Pre-printed fabric made this a great project to do as my first cross stitch. I was able to focus on my stitches vs having to count. I have completed the owl, and as long as the ink washes out like it is supposed to, I have nothing but a positive review!Edited 5/15/22 to add a post wash photo. Can't wait to get it framed up!

Such an adorable owl!
I began work on this whimsical little owl right away. Only one thing is a bit disappointing; the thread unravels so easily and leaves the finished areas looking fuzzy instead of neatly flat. Otherwise a cute and easy project for a beginner and anyone, like me, who likes owls.

Great to start back up on cross stitch
However trying to read which thread to what part is difficult. I ended up just making my own swatch and doing it that way so it worked out but it will drive you nuts because everything is in Chinese! If this bothers you then don’t purchase

Enough yarn
I really enjoyed this kit and it had sufficient yarn. I did add the blue sky and beige “ ground” myself since the white background seem “to hang a little in the air.” I am still not quite done, but the colours are good and a little brighter than the photo on Amazon.

Wonderfully Whimsical!
This stamped 11ct pattern is easy & fast to do. There is plenty of extra thread. It takes several soaking-days to be rid of the dye.... but it does come clean. I had fun doing this one as my senior/eyesight is not into having to count on a blank canvas nor wanting to strain doing a 14/16/18ct cross-stitch.

Good but (see review)
The colour that’s printed on the fabric is not the same as the floss. Using as baby shower gift.
