My hubby and I have tried a bunch of these Omega 3 fish oil pills, but this one really stands out from the crowd. At my last checkup the bloodwork showed exceedingly high inflammation...I have cervical and lumbar bulging and herniated discs..sciatica..spondylosis..a few of the lower discs are all but obliterated faciatis...had numerous spinal injections. Dr suggested adding a high quality omega 3 fish oil supplement that had a high EPA and DHA levels. So I went searching and found Pure Optimal fish oils had one of the highest levels so thought I'd give it a try. I didn't expect to feel any difference...but holy cow was I wrong!!! I've been able to stop the evening dose of Celebrex and skip a pain med dose. Every study I've read backs up the lowering of inflammation with fish oil. I am so thrilled I found Pure Optimal fish oil. I want nothing more then to stop taking pain meds and this hopefully will get me closer to my goal. There's no fishy taste or fish burbs...I take one pill with breakfast and one with dinner. I've added Pure Optimal fish oil to my Amazon subscribe and save so I don't have to worry about running out. I highly recommend Pure Optimal fish oil capsules.

Before trying a vegan version of an omega 3s supplement in order to look more into those available first, I ordered this out of a need to try all I could to help with an unfortunate joint situation. I can't say at this point whether they've been helping to any extent, as I have also been taking other measures, efforts, and treatments as well.There is no bad taste or smell to these and I usually take supplements with food so haven't had any major stomach upset with them.These capsules are quite large however, so swallowing them may be difficult if you have trouble with that, even with liquid.Compared to similar products with similar claims, the price was competitive enough.

I have tried few other brands before but could not continue consuming Fish Oil supplements due to fishy burps every time. Then I came across this brand and I saw very good reviews. So wanted to try this. After using this supplement for over a month, I can say this is the best one I came have come across until now. There is no after taste or fishy burps what so ever and I also find it very easy to swallow. I have also seen good improvements in my joint pain. Overall I am highly satisfied using this and would definitely recommend this.

I really like this product, and have already reviewed it. The pills are easy to swallow, they do not have any unpleasant smell or taste. The media could not be loaded. I have used this product for years along with several others from this manufacturer. I get them on a monthly subscribe and save. Three times in the last year, what I received was a big fused blob of capsules. Aside from the shipping problem, The product has worked well. Once I took the time to hack them apart with a table knife, losing about 10 percent of the capsules. It's happened twice more. Amazon just gave me a credit for the two most recent shipments. I like the product and will give it one more chance. If I get another blob, I'm done. Will probably cancel the other products as well... multivitamin, probiotic, etc. Really disappointed this keeps happening. I've used these since May of 2020 every month. Look like 30+ orders. Three have been a mess. Hopefully someone Purely Optimal will jump in here and address this.
