Great Guitars Given Great Gear
I originally bought the Walker & Williams AT-1 Brown Guitar Strap Button Headstock Adaptor (whew, ...here after just called “head strap”) over a year ago. I’d bought a resonator guitar and there was no neck button for a strap. I decided to use a head strap (very traditional for a resonator), and if I didn’t like it, then I’d attach a button (not so traditional). After playing and using the head strap for more than a year, I saw no need to change it. And it turned out it wasn’t as difficult to play as I’d been led to believe.Last month I bought two more head straps to give to friends. The resonator also needed a strap and I wanted something traditional and comfortable. I bought the W&W Vintage Style Guitar Strap XL Brown - it has a blues and ‘50’s feel to it that it is exactly what I was looking for. It is an excellent, well made strap and I play without the shoulder pad, it’s that comfortable. The leather is strong and supple, and the two straps work nicely together.I liked this strap so much, I also ordered the Walker & Williams C-19 XL strap. It’s basically the same as this strap, but, just a little bit wider (1 1/8”). I bought it for my Guild D25, and don’t use the shoulder pad on it, either. The Guild is a bit larger than the resonator, so, a bit larger strap, which makes sense to me.I highly recommend all of the W&W items. Good quality merchandise and good prices. Everything came from Passport Audio, via Amazon. It is a great company and I have been totally satisfied with everything I’ve bought. I highly recommend them, and give them two thumbs up and a tip of the Halto hat. Passport Audio, you are great. AAA+++

Strap seems very sturdily attached to headstock. Love it!
This is the first headstock strap I've ever purchased. I was attracted by the Walker & Williams craftsmanship and wanted to use a strap that matched the leather guitar strap I also purchased from them. The guitar strap is very securely attached to the headstock and I'm very happy with it.Just a note, new leather can sometimes not be very pliable, so it will take a little work and patience to get the lug through the strap hole and, also, rebuttoned.

There is no better strap!
This is a great business that stands behind their products and customers! You can purchase their products on their company website too! These neck straps are $1.00 less on their website and you can buy three of them for a little less than $15.00 making them less than $5.00 apiece! It’s a good deal because you might/will loose one...or two. I did.ALL of their products are top of the line in quality, as is their customer service! You might find cheaper, but not better! My oldest Walker-Williams guitar strap was given to me as a birthday present in 1966. I lost it in 2017 and it was still in great shape then! My son will inherit mine plus the one I bought him for his birthday two years ago.Buy one now!

Works as intended
This product does exactly what it is intended to do. My guitar doesn't have a strap connector on the neck, so this solves the issue. There's nothing fancy about it, but it does not need to be fancy. I like this much more than having to tie a string around the neck.

Surprise! Your new guitar doesn't have strap bolts!
I picked up a Yamaha FGX series acoustic/electric online and, lo and behold, no guitar bolts. After 5 minutes of rage, I realized that a product like this might exist. I have used it for 5-6 gigs at this point and here are my thoughts.Look: It is beautiful. The dark brown leather matches my fretboard and looks more expensive that it is.Durability: I haven't had it for long but it seems to be strong.Ease of Use: I struggled to get my strap hole over the metal button the first couple times, but then it started to become easier. The button is fairly large, but I'm glad because that prevents any chance of the strap slipping off.Overall, I would have preferred to have strap locks on this guitar, but I'm not ready to drill into it myself, so this is a great second option.

It works
I was looking at getting some strap mounts for an old guitar I had that didn’t have anyThen I asked myself why I would unnecessarily drill a hole into my old guitar; it was a cheap one, but one I’d had for many years with the sentimental connection that we place on such inanimate objects, so went with this option insteadWorks absolutely perfectly without any damage to my old friend

Nicest I've found!
This is a very nice quality leather headstock adapter. I bought it to keep my ukulele strap out of the way of my hand when playing. It works much better and looks nicer than the shoestring that came with the strap. I own another similar strap for my guitar and I like this one much better. It's obviously made of real, soft leather and the embossed logo is a really nice touch. I've compared a lot of these straps and this is the nicest I could find, and the price was reasonable.

Stronger than it looks - love it
I was a little apprehensive when I put this on my guitar because it is not heavy leather and because it is supple and flexibleI’ve been using it constantly with no problems. The softness and flexibility never cause the guitar to get stuck in an uncomfortable angle or position while I’m playing. I recommend this strap adapter and Walker and Williams strap as well. Never had such a comfortable one.
