I bought of these which arrived promptly afew days before Xmas. We bought them as there are no street lights where we live and our newborns little neck kept falling into her coat while driving. One of these was fine but the other could not be used as remote control does not work. I would like if the seller could send me a new remote control? Unfortunately the boxes have been thrown out with the trash with Xmas boxes. I can return remote just not in original packaging

Remote control doesn’t seem to work. The mirror is either on or off based on the switch in the back of the main unit. Remote makes no difference. Batteries I have used were brand new so it is a device issue.Disappointing.I urge people to read these reviews before buying. Very poor.

Can you purchase a replacement remote? The mirror is great and the light is perfect for travelling at night but the remote is very temperamental and doesnt always work, i have to press it like made to turn the light on or off which isn't great. The remote let's the product down

I like the mirror, when the lights are on I could see my son, just bright enough. However I though turning off by the remote would be enough, but is seems it needs to be turned off on the actual mirror as well or the batteries do not last.

Unfortunately the remote was faulty so returned the product.

Grand product does what it says. Very disappointed with remote only works some times. Emailed company never got reply from them.

The media could not be loaded.  I think it should be required that every parent or parent to be get this! It’s definitely neat especially driving at night and that way no one forgets their child! It works really well, easy to set up! It’s worth every penny..

I’m glad I took a long time to write this review because had I done it right away, I would’ve given it 5 stars. Now I’m only giving it 1 star because I might as well not even have a mirror in my car! I loved that this mirror had a light so that I could see my baby on my evening rides home from my parent’s house. To start, the problem with the light is that it comes on by itself. So basically, when I went to use it the battery was already dead after two days. Not that big of a deal, I still would’ve given the mirror for stars. However, pretty much right after my return window closed, the mirror started pivoting so that I could not see the baby anymore The mirror started pivoting so that I could not see the baby anymore. I tried everything to stop this, superglue, hot glue, Velcro, a binder clip on the top and then using yarn to tie the binder clip to the seat… Nothing held the mirror in place. At first it was just when I hit bumps but after a little while I just started pivoting every time I even turned the car. I kept a extendable back scratcher on the passenger seat so that I could move the mirror back in place while I was driving (at a red light or stop sign).I was so excited for this mirror at first but I bought my husband one. Assuming that mine was just defective, he waited to install his until he got a new truck. It worked perfectly! Until it didn’t. His now drops down just like mine did so that all he looks at is the baby’s feet.Needless to say we are in the market for a new mirrors with a light. But at this point I’ll just be happy with one that stays in place!

Great little backseat mirror for my baby. It’s now easier to look at my son from the front seat of the car. And the lighting is also good. Would recommend buying. Very easy to install and set up.

Love the remote light and the size of the mirror is great.Too bad it won't hold it's position. I put it in place before hitting the road but as soon as I start driving the vibration of the car causes it to tilt downward because the joint is too loose and won't hold it in place.Basically makes it useless. (I have rigged it to have it be semi-functional)

It doesn’t stay in place once you start driving. The angle starts to shift downward and you can no longer see baby while driving. I’m gonna have to rig it so it stays in the position I set. The light when turned off with the remote sometimes keep turning back on which drains the battery faster.
