I use this little thing to pump water back in to my fish tank after using a siphon to clean it and it works great!

The water flow regulator doesn't do much, but the pump is good and does what it's supposed to. I put it in a homemade water fountain.

This pump is quiet and powerful. My only small gripe is the tubing it came with is not great.

Pump works fantastic as advertised, if you unplug, be careful not to let water overflow, because the current will keep siphoning the water out even if the pump is off lol works great for 50 gallon aquarium water changes. I have had no problems so far, but I have only used it twice

Honest Review – Potential Quality IssueI would not recommend using this with a 3/8” fitting. When I first received the unit, the 1/2” fitting came shredded, which was already a red flag. To avoid the hassle of returning it, I adapted the plumbing to a 3/8” connection instead. Everything seemed to work fine at first, but after about a month, the unit started to overheat.At first, I suspected the issue was with the heater, but even after disconnecting it, I was still getting high temperature readings—around 85°F. That’s when I decided to remove the pump for inspection, only to find that it was extremely hot to the touch, almost boiling. This suggests a serious overheating issue, possibly due to a defect in the pump itself.

I have tried several similar products, this one works the best and longest time.

The unit works but has a very thin gauge extension wire and plug and is not grounded. So quality of item is questionable.
