Meh ... Nice but definitely not for septum piercing
It was a nice quality don't get me wrong that's why I'm giving it four stars because of that however this ring is an earring it's not meant for a septum it actually almost touched my mouth that's how big it was

Watch out-snags on clothes.
This is bigger than I thought it was. Good quality. It is easy to get in but catches on my hair and clothes. I did get a compliment on it though. I don't wear it any longer.
